Department of Management

The Department of Management coordinates the activities of Tri Dharma in the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral study programs, namely in the fields of education, research and community service. The education-related development to teaching is the start of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Culture policies. Efforts to ensure that the learning process in each study program runs well are also continuously carried out by the Department of Management. One of the developments made is through the MOOCS (Massive Open Online Courses) class, which is being implemented in the undergraduate and masters management programs, as well as by improving academic reputation. through Visiting Professorships in the Postgraduate Management Study Program. The Assurance of Learning (AoL) process has now become an inseparable part of the teaching activities of courses in the study programs under the coordination of the Department of Management. Curriculum adjustment and other learning activities that suit the Merdeka Belajar objectives are also important in ensuring improvements in teaching quality throughout all study programs. Another challenge is related to the development of teaching staff as well as improving the quality of research and publications.
