Venue Rental Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Clients (Users) are responsible for clean up and removal of garbage from the venue.<\/li>\n
  2. Clients must return the equipment and furniture in the venue to their original positions.<\/li>\n
  3. The use of glue and nails in the venue is prohibited.<\/li>\n
  4. Clients should notify the Facilty and Infrastructure Unit of the use of additional electronic equipment.<\/li>\n
  5. Clients should sign rental contract three days prior to the event with the Facilty and Infrastructure Unit.<\/li>\n
  6. Dekorasi ruangan harus seizin dari Unit Fastur. Clients should seek permission from the Facilty and Infrastructure Unit to decorate the venue.<\/li>\n
  7. Clients should maintain order in campus compound.<\/li>\n
  8. Clients should verify event calendar with <\/strong>the Facilty and Infrastructure Unit at Information on Venues for Rent<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
