Key Seminar of FEB UI Campus Orientation Program, \u201cSteps to Self-exploration\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

DEPOK \u2013 (16\/9\/2020)<\/strong>\u00a0The Campus Orientation Program held a key seminar entitled \u201cSteps to Self-exploration\u201d on Wednesday (16\/9\/2020) to welcome new students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia, Academic Year 2020\/2021.<\/p>\n

The seminar discussed the importance of self appreciation based on the understanding that every individual is unique and how to understand one\u2019s potentials and uniqueness. The seminar was expected to help new students explore their steps and accept and appreciate people from other backgrounds and conditions. The seminar was moderated by Nadia Amalia<\/strong>,\u00a0Co-Founder<\/em>\/<\/em>CEO Cerdik Mapan.<\/p>\n

The seminar presented three speakers with three distinct styles. The first session featured Handry Satriago<\/strong>, CEO of General Electric Indonesia, who discussed ways people can accept their shortcomings and develop their potentials in order to grow.<\/p>\n

Kitabisa.com CEO Alfatih Timur <\/strong>talked about<\/strong> his experience as a university student and how he found ideas and the courage to pursue his dream. Alfatih also stressed the need for students to get their mindset right and to stop comparing themselves with other people.<\/p>\n

The final session featured Chatib Basri <\/strong>who<\/strong> shared his experience<\/strong> of taking a bold step to<\/strong> realize his belief and dream<\/strong>, and how we need to take the next step without worrying too much over unnecessary things.<\/p>\n

The interactive seminar received a good response from the audience who asked questions to the three speakers about the topics they presented. The seminar was closed with closing statements from the speakers and a conclusion by<\/em> Nadia Amalia. (hjtp)<\/p>\n
