FEB UI Held Inhouse Training AACSB Accreditation
On Monday, April 29th until May 1st , 2019 Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Indonesia hosted inhouse training AACSB Business Accreditation Seminar AND Assurance of Learning (AoL) invited Assoc. Prof.Dr.Boonchai Hongcharu as a Director of International Accreditation –AACSB, and former Dean, NIDA Business School, National Institute of Development Administration.
Inhouse training AACSB Business Accreditation Seminar and Assurance of Learning (AoL) held in Swiss-Belresidences Kalibata, the participants and scholars enthusiasm was immense. Inhouse training was sponsored by Tanoto Foundation. Tanoto Foundation has also engaged in training and upskilling of educators. It has also innovatively leveraged key national events to drive greater awareness and support for and learning.
“Impact also has a broader meaning in the business school, through the articulation and execution of its mission, should make a difference in business and society as well as in the global community of business schools and management educators , AACSB accreditation standards,” said Boonchai.
“Business school expected to focus on high quality input and outcomes that have impact, deliver high value, produce intellectual contributions that have a positive impact on theory, teaching and or practice, demonstrate that the business school is making difference in business and society,”
“For Curricula Management and Assurance of Learning, The school uses well documented, systematic processes for determining and revising degree program learning goals; designing, delivering, and improving degree program curricula to achieve learning goals; and demonstrating that degree program learning goals have been met,”
“AACSB accreditation is concerned with broad, program-level focused learning goals for each degree program separate assessments for a major, concentration, or individual course are not required by AACSB,”
