UFLL (Unilever Future Leaders’ League 2019) is a business case competition organized by Unilever.
“After being selected 34 semifinalists from around 2500 applicants, we participated in a series of events starting from outbound, market visits, mentoring sessions (in the fields of Marketing, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Media, Operations, etc.) and making presentations of business idea proposals we have arranged it for 3 days, “
The 2019 Unilever Future Leaders’ League event consists of 5 days at Unilever Headquarter in BSD and Unilever Mega Mendung Learning Center, on 25-29 November 2019.
“After the semifinal presentation on the 28th, the top 5 teams were chosen to advance to the final stage and make a presentation again on the 29th. My team entered the top 5 finalists, but did not enter the top 3,” said Natasha.
“The objective of the competition is to produce new products for Buavita and the right marketing campaign for these products in accordance with current market conditions, where the target is millennials aged 22-28 years with NGOs 7+ and first jobbers,” he added.
“Very challenging but full of learnings. I am very happy to also meet friends from all over Indonesia and who certainly got to test my limit in doing competitions like that, “
“I hope in the future for the 2020 UFLL Global Round so that we from the Indonesian team can work as optimally as possible and hopefully have the opportunity to bring back the name of the country. “For other friends, so that they can continue to be successful wherever they are, so that they can actually work at Unilever,” he concluded.
