FEB UI Student Accounting Team Wins ICAEW Indonesia Business Challenge 2020

The University of Indonesia Faculty of Economics and Business Faculty student accounting team won the ICAEW Indonesia Business Challenge 2020. The FEB UI accounting student team consisted of Joshua Timothy (2016), Ramadhania Deninta Sismi (2016), Olivia Gracia and (class of 2017) Nadya Gita Anggara (2016) , Aurelia Serafina Romaris Silalahi (2016) and Devyn Altan (2016).
This competition is organized by ICAEW and in collaboration with Deloitte. The activity was held at the Binus Anggrek Campus on February 13, 202 and was attended by 20 participants from various campuses throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this competition is to provide the best solutions related to business cases in the latest world.
“In this race there are 2 awards, 2020 winners and 2020 first runners-up. We get prizes in the form of medals, MAP vouchers worth 10 million rupiah, along with the opportunity to represent Indonesia in the ICAEW China and Sout-East Asia Business Challenge 2020 race in Vietnam on May 14, 2020, “Joshua said.

“We are very pleased to be able to represent the University of Indonesia in an international arena. The contested questions also test our ability to solve relevant business cases in the current situation. In addition, we can also meet with various practitioners who are experts in their fields and friends who have the same interests, “Joshua added.
“Hopefully we can get a lot of new experiences and win Indonesia at the regional stage in May,” concluded Joshua.
