There are 3 things that you should hold on to so that your dreams/hopes/goals come true, namely (1) Growth Mindset, meaning a mindset that we can continue to grow with various challenges and hard work. The characteristics of people who have a growth mindset include true learners who dare to try new things, are open-minded by respecting criticism, are not afraid to fail, always think positively; (2) GRIT, which means a steadfast, firm, unyielding nature. The two main components of GRIT are passion and choosing a career with diligence and persistence; (3) Caring Others, meaning that life is not selfish, spend time, energy, thoughts and resources to help others. Then one day the universe will help you.

Currently, all of you have officially become FEB UI Alumni. We hope that you will continue to uphold the values and maintain the good name of your Alma Mater. FEB UI will always need support from Alumni so that it can continue to grow, be relevant and be able to answer future challenges. We would like to thank the parents/guardians, spouses and also the children and families of the graduates who have trusted FEB UI to continue their studies and enrich the knowledge they already have. We apologize if there are shortcomings and imperfections in all lectures and learning processes. Thank you also to the lecturers, educational staff, ILUNI FEB UI and all stakeholders who have helped us to graduate these students today.” Teguh said at the end of his speech.

Albert Budy gave a speech from representatives of graduates from the MM FEB UI Study Program, saying that every end of studying is the beginning of a new journey. Graduating from FEB UI is not the end of life’s journey, because it is a starting point to start a new life step. The struggle does not end here, as humans we must continue to learn, develop, and motivate ourselves to become a better person. There is no final word to learn in this life. Learning is not only obtained in formal education but can be informal, namely from life experiences experienced by themselves and from other people. Therefore, keep learning to become a better person and be useful for the nation and state.

Like padi, the more it ripens, the lower it will droop. Likewise, what we should do after graduating from FEB UI, is not arrogance that should be shown, but what we can do for the people around us, especially for the nation and state. The knowledge and experience we gain while studying at FEB UI is a start to continue our activities at work and in socializing. On behalf of the graduates, I appreciate the support from academics, lecturers, and staff who have greatly contributed to the success of all of us. We pray that FEB UI will always be the best university and continue to produce students to produce superior and competitive human resources. I congratulate the graduates who have succeeded in the process of obtaining Profession, Masters, and Doctoral degrees at FEB UI. May we all always be given health, ease, success, happiness and unceasing gratitude to God Almighty.” said Albert.
