Every graduate must have a dream / hope / future goal to be achieved. There are 3 things that you should hold on to make your dreams/hopes/goals come true, namely (1) Growth Mindset, meaning a mindset that can continue to grow with various challenges and hard work. The characteristics of people who have a growth mindset include true learners who dare to try new things, are open-minded by respecting criticism, are not afraid to fail, always think positively; (2) GRIT, which means a steadfast, firm, unyielding nature. The two main components of GRIT are passion and choosing a career with diligence and persistence; (3) Caring Others, meaning that life is not selfish, spend time, energy, thoughts and resources to help others. Then one day the universe will help you.
