Temporary Leave of Absence from Studies is a special permit given to prospective students who have passed the Postgraduate Program Entrance Examination but cannot study in the intended semester/year.
Goal :
- Provide opportunities for prospective students who cannot carry out lectures in the semester/college year
- To delay academic activites of a Study Program / Department / Major because the minimum number of students were not met
Procedure:
- New students are given the opportunity to postpone their study if they submit an application and gets approval from the Faculty Leaders or PPs and University Leaders
- Postponement of the study is valid for a maximum of 1 (one) year since the student is declared to have passed the entrance examination.
