MM FEB UI Holds the Opening of the Cooperation Class Program with Karya Group in the New Academic Year Odd Semester 2021/2022

DEPOK β (3/9/2021) In the new academic year Odd Semester 2021/2022, the Master of Management Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia (MM FEB UI) opened a new program, namely the Class Karya Group Executive Program, which is a collaboration with 4 state-owned companies of the Karya Group consisting of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero), PT. Jasa Marga (Persero), Tbk, PT. Adhi Karya (Persero), Tbk, and PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). Before starting lectures, MM FEB UI held an online opening, on Friday (3/9/2021).
Head of the MM FEB UI Study Program, Prof. Rofikoh Rokhim, Ph.D., opened the event. Rofikoh said “MM FEB UI in the new academic year 2021/2022 opened a new class program in collaboration with the Karya Group accepting 43 students who successfully passed the exam selection, including 29 from Jasa Marga, 12 from Hutama Karya, 1 from Nindya Karya, and 1 from Adhi Karya. As a business school that seeks to align itself with global business schools, MM FEB UI is currently internationally accredited by ABEST 21 (The Alliance on Business Education and Scholarship for Tomorrow) and AMBA (Association of MBAs). In addition, FEB UI is also in the stage of obtaining AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business) accreditation.β
Therefore, MM FEB UI implements many activities for students to form collaborations, have active discussions, toss ideas and realize thoughts into output that are useful for science and society. Also to build mutual understanding, respecting diversity, honing creativity, communicating, establishing relationships and collaborating, honing leadership and upholding dignity, ethics, and national values. βI welcome the Executive Program Class Karya Group students into the MM FEB UI big family. Happy learning and good luck until finally we are proud to award you a Master of Management degree in 2 years.β said Rofikoh at the end of his speech.
Director of HC and Legal PT. Hutama Karya (Persero), Muhammad Fauzan, ST, MM, said that the collaboration program between MM FEB UI and Karya Group was a learning task from the Karya Group company for selected employees in the hope of getting enrichment, academic experience (theory and practice) from MM FEB UI, so that when they return to the company, they can make a big contribution to the progress of the company such as solving problems, providing positive solutions for corporate actions/company programs.
To develop superior human resources in each company, the Karya Group, under the leadership of the Minister of SOEs, Erick Thohir, is strongly encouraged to improve the professional competence and capability of all SOE employees. βWith the implementation of this cooperation program, especially PT. Hutama Karya, which is being assigned by the government to build the Trans-Sumatra toll road infrastructure, employees can make a real contribution according to the knowledge gained from MM FEB UI.” said Fauzan.
Director of HC and Transformation PT. Jasa Marga (Persero), Tbk, Enkky Sasono A.W, M.M., explained that the main purpose of collaborating with MM FEB UI is to increase the capability of HR at Jasa Marga to be able to compete nationally and globally. In addition, Jasa Marga is also preparing cadres of future leaders, both in the BUMN, private and national sectors. Therefore, Jasa Marga HR is enthusiastic and committed to participating in all lectures, case studies, and research implemented by MM FEB UI.
Senior Vice President of Human Capital PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) Alif Usman Amin, said that it was an honor for Nindya Karya to join the MM FEB UI campus which has produced the best talents and alumni, and contributed to the progress of the nation and state. “I wish you congratulations on starting lecture activities, especially Nindya Karya’s HR, I hope that commitment will always be maintained so that the study period can be completed properly and in a structured manner. This is the first step in developing Advanced Indonesian Superior Human Resources.β said Alif Usman, closing his remarks.
