The Doctoral Program (S3) is a further education program for Master’s graduates (S2) which aims to deepen the development of scientific research capabilities independently, in order to make beneficial contributions toward science, especially in the fields of economics, management, and accounting.
Graduate of Doctoral Program Management is able to formulate management problems; using the latest empirical theories and methods in a comprehensive and integrated manner; lead research activities through inter-, multi- and trans-disciplinary approaches; in order to produce creative, original, tested works, by maintaining academic honesty and integrity, as well as obtaining national and international recognition.
This educational program is a benchmark for doctoral management programs for other educational institutions in Indonesia.
Offers a Doctorate (Dr.) in Management Science with three specializations:
Strategic Management,
Financial and Banking Management, and
Marketing Management.
Provides two educational program lines, namely (1) the Doctoral Program in the Study and Research Path, and (2) the Doctoral Program in the Research Path.

A Doctor in Accounting Science with high integrity is able to formulate accounting problems with the latest accounting theory and empirical methods, in a comprehensive and integrated manner by developing research activities through inter-, multi- or trans-disciplinary approaches to produce creative, original, and tested works, and received national and international recognition
