The 2019 Iqtishoduna Writing Event was held by the Islamic economics student association Airlangga University Surabaya on 14-15 October 2019. Iqtishoduna 2019 carried the theme “Accelerating economic growth through halal industry development. Our team brought the theme of Halal Business Innovation on the topic of Halal Supply Chain. On this occasion we presented a paper entitled ‘Analysis of Halal Supply Chain Policy to Encourage the Growth of the Halal Industry’ where we tried to analyze macro what needs to be done, especially by the government to encourage the halal industry through the halal supply chain. “Our impression of participating in the event is that there are many ideas initiated by students outside of UI that are very good. From this we can get new ideas both conceptually and technically. We are also very happy to be able to represent the university, especially our majors,” “Our team hopes that in the future it can contribute more to the development of economics and business,”
