ASDP Indonesia Ferry Managing Director Shared Experiences from Research and Publication Process to PPIM FEB UI Students

JAKARTA – In adding students’ insights to the subject of Organizational Behavior and the Process of Change, the Management Science Postgraduate Program (PPIM) FEB UI held a Guest Lecture from practitioners delivered by the President Director of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) which took place in room 2.1, Postgraduate Building, Salemba, on Thursday (5/12/2019).
Managing Director of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) as well as a 2011 PPIM S-3 alumni, Ira Puspadewi delivered the topic of Doctoral Research and Publication for Strategic Management Student Matriculation (S-3). My experience in completing dissertation research ranging from the selection of topics, research models and the ups and downs of enthusiasm in completing research experienced many obstacles and obstacles.
The title of the dissertation raised, regarding “Managing the Paradox for Social Enterprise Sustainability, An Empirical Study on Forestry Community Cooperatives”. The process of obtaining the research data must go into cooperatives throughout Java. In closing, he motivated S3 students that “Once we graduate from the S-3 FEB UI, you will be a better person,” his inspiration message at the end of the presentation.
The topic is very interesting and in accordance with the needs of students to become their provisions in conducting the research process and publication of papers. The event was closed by handing over certificates and souvenirs by Budi W Soetjipto who is a lecturer who teaches Organizational Behavior and Change Process courses. (Des)
