Department of Economics FEB UI Holds The 3rd Annual Intensive Course Program in Urban, Transport and Environmental Economics

DEPOK – The Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia once again held an intensive course entitled “The 3rd Annual Intensive Course Program in Urban, Transport and Environmental Economics”, which took place in class A.203 for the next 1 month, Building A Faculty Economics & Business UI Lt. 2 starts on Monday (01/13/2020).

The course activity was started by opening by Plh. Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Economics & Business UI, Teguh Dartanto, S.E., M.Ec, Ph.D,

“The third Annual Intensive Course is a collaboration between FEB UI and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Regional Science Association International (RSAI). This intensive course will be held for 4 weeks. In the first week discusses microeconomics, the second week discusses statistics and econometrics, the third week discusses the Program in Urban, Transport and the fourth week discusses Environmental Economics, “Teguh said.

“The FEB UI instructors who will teach in the 3rd Annual Intensive Course are Dr. Djoni Hartono, S.Sc., M.E., Vid Adrison, S.E., M.A., Ph.D. and Rus’an Nasrudin, S.E., MIDEC., Ph.D., “he added.

The discussion then continued with the presentation of the first day by Dr. Djoni Hartono, S.Sc., M.E. Course material delivered such as Mathematics and Statistics for Economics, Applied Econometrics, Microeconomics Foundation, Urban and Regional Economics, Transport Economics, and Environmental Economics.

The participants of this course were not only for FEB UI students or FEB UI lecturers but also participants from outside (general) FEB UI were also present. This course is an outstanding opportunity to learn about Urban, Transport and Environmental Economics and will especially assist the adjustment process for students who have the potential to continue further education programs
