International Mobility Entrepreneurship 2020 Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia
DEPOK – On Tuesday (14/1), International Office FEB UI together with UKM Center FEB UI held an academic visit from Fakulti Ekonomi dan Pengurusan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) under Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation course. This program was participated by 18 students and 3 lecturers from UKM.
Before the sharing session started, the participants from UKM had a small campus tour around FEB UI. Mrs. Muthia Pramesti as head of international Office FEB UI introduced FEB UI and Prof. Madya Dr. Noor Azuan Binti Hashim as Penolong Dekan Keusahawanan dan Kreativiti Fakulti Ekonomi dan Pengurusan UKM introduced Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia at a glance. The sharing session started from presentation by Mohd Faizal Bin Sa’adin as General Manager of UKM UNIPEQ (Unit Penyelidikan Kualiti), then continued with presentation by T.M. Zakir Machmud, Ph.D. as Director for UKM Center FEB UI, Permata Wulandari, Ph.D. as Manager for Research, M. Migdad Robbani as Microlab and Advocacy of UKM Center FEB UI, and Dewi Sukma A. as Staff for Research of UKM Center FEB UI. In addition, Dr. Lokhman Hakim Osman as the representative of Yunus Center also presented about their activity and delivered their plan to cooperate with FEB UI in terms of Nobel Laureate in social business that will be conducted in October 2020.
The objectives of the visit are to allow UKM students to understand and observe the entrepreneurial knowledge practiced in Indonesia particularly in social business and entrepreneurship, to understand the differences and similarities in entrepreneurial culture between Malaysia and Indonesia, and to understand and observe the business theoretical learned in university for knowledge sharing from both countries.
Hopefully, the cooperation that has been planned between UKM and FEB UI together with UKM Center FEB UI, Yunus Center, and UKM UNIPEQ might be achieved further in this year.
