According to Nadila Filza Rahmalina, “I have had many learning experiences in participating in e-APA Champ. Indeed, the entire event is held online, but it does not rule out the possibility for us to regularly practice business cases to hone our fast, critical and strategic thinking skills. Starting from courage, tread the twists and turns together, to succeed in becoming the best! Precious stones are nothing if they don’t get polished.”
Ainun Nisa Fitri, said “This competition teaches many things, especially the meaning of hard work, the importance of feedback, and teamwork. Routine training and feedback given by various parties made me continue to evaluate myself and try to improve my performance, so that when all the efforts paid off, I personally felt relieved and happy. The results will not betray efforts.”
Catherine Nathasya Agnes Tobing, said “All I have to say is that this was hard work. We started with nothing. That’s what drives our team to work even harder. This experience teaches many things, especially to be confident, work in a team, and try to be calm in the face of pressure. We may not be the best at first, but we do our best in the moment.”
Maria Feliciana Fayola, continued “For me, the experience of participating in the APA CHAMP competition teaches us that nothing is impossible if we try and remain optimistic. I have learned valuable lessons, from nothing to become something.”
Ramiza Yasmin Zahira, added “In life, sometimes we win and sometimes we learn, but we’re lucky enough to do both in APA Champ. I believe that a good team not only has high skills and competences, but also understands each other, is full of adaptation and struggle, and must be equally happy. “
