PPIM FEB UI Holds Campus Visit to TV One
On Tuesday, November 12, 2019 the Postgraduate Management Program (PPIM) conducted a Company Visit to TV ONE in the context of learning Talent Management and Change Management in Media Industry. The activity began with a presentation from Andryanto Prasetyo who is the Manager of TV ONE News Talkshow. After the presentation continued with discussion and question and answer students. Students who take part in these activities are Masters (S2) students for the Organizational Behavior and Change Process class and HR Management classes for Competitiveness Excellence. The presentation was closed by handing over puppet placards and souvenirs from the Faculty of Economics and Business represented by students.
The activity continued with a tour of TV ONE program preparation and dinner together. Students wearing yellow jackets are then invited to witness the Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC) Talkshow which starts at 20:00 WIB – finished.
In these activities students can get a direct explanation from practitioners in the field of media that is associated with human resource management and change management in the media industry. The event was held with the assistance of a PPIM lecturer Dr. Dudi Hendrakusuma Syahlani who is also the Chief of Human Capital and Operation Officer of TV ONE.
