The Postgraduate Program in Accounting (PPIA) offers master’s and doctoral level education with an orientation on expertise in financial accounting, management accounting, governance, taxation, public sector, accounting information systems, and sharia accounting with global, regional, and national coverage. The programs’ structure provides students with a foundation of academic knowledge in analysis and synthesis. This knowledge and ability are very suitable for PPIA graduates who work in the government sector, educational institutions, research institutions, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). The private sector can also benefit from PPIA graduates as analysts, decision-makers, and researchers.

PPIA FEB UI began to organize the Master of Accounting program in January 2005 with the SK Establishment No. 393/DIKTI/Kep/1997 on September 30, 1997. PPIA stands to produce superior research with the latest topics and methodologies relevant to society’s development needs in Accounting Science. His thoughts will contribute to science as well as the implementation of community service.
The Master of Accounting Study Program has a National Accreditation, with Accreditation A, with SK BAN-PT Number: 1669/SK/BAN-PT/Ak-PPJ/M/III/2020.
