Each student will be evaluated periodically to determine whether the student is able to continue the study or declared Drop Out.
The semesters counted in the evaluation of dropout are “active semesters” (including vacant semester). Academic leave in the vacant semester will not be taken into consideration for dropout evaluation. Following are the schedules for periodical dropout evaluation and criteria for each each undergraduate program:
