Procedure for Termination of Student Status
Each student will be evaluated periodically to determine whether the student is able to continue the study or declared Drop Out.
The semesters counted in the evaluation of dropout are “active semesters” (including vacant semester). Academic leave in the vacant semester will not be taken into consideration for dropout evaluation. Following are the schedules for periodical dropout evaluation and criteria for each each undergraduate program:
Students declared to have drop out evaluation if during the Evaluation:
|End of Semester II do not get at least 24 Credits “pass”
End of Semester IV do not get at least 48 Credits “pass”
End of Semester VI do not get at least 72 Credits “pass”
End of Semester VIII do not get at least 96 Credits “pass”
End of Semester X do not get at least 120 Credits “pass”
End of Study Period (Semester XII) do not get a minimum GPA of 2.0 (two point zero) from the required study load with the lowest score of C.
“Pass credits are credits obtained from courses with minimum grade of C”

How to read the table.:

● It the end evaluation of study period do not get a minimum GPA of 2.0 (two point zero) from the required study load with the lowest score of C.
● Absolute study period Category A: 8 Semesters
● Absolute study period Category B: 9 Semesters
Students will be automatically be dropped out when not doing administration and academic registration for two consecutive semesters.
